Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to almost every country worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free standard shipping on all orders.
If you need express shipping, we currently don’t offer it as an extra option, but you can message us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if we have stock available.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After placing your order, please allow 24–48 hours for processing (up to 48–72 hours during busy holiday periods).

(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
Processing Time: 2–3 business days
Standard Shipping Time:
UK & most EU countries: 10–14 days
USA: 14–21 days - due to current U.S. customs and tariff situations, some orders may experience minor delays. However, many still arrive within 14 days depending on your state.
Engraved Orders: If you ordered an engraved cup, please allow an additional 7 days for the engraving process. This extra time ensures proper material preparation and quality finishing.

Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If you haven’t received your package within 45 days of shipment, please contact us, we’ll investigate the issue and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
