USA: 14–21 days - due to current U.S. customs and tariff situations, some orders may experience minor delays. However, many still arrive within 14 days depending on your state.

Engraved Orders: If you ordered an engraved cup, please allow an additional 7 days for the engraving process. This extra time ensures proper material preparation and quality finishing.

To receive a personalized engraved cup, you must select one of the engraved options before checkout. If the engraving option is not selected, we will be unable to customize your order.

If the personalization box is left empty and you purchase the engraved option, your order will be processed and shipped without customization.

All engraving is completed using a precision laser machine. Because each cup is custom-made, engraving may take up to 1 additional week on top of the normal shipping timeframe.

• Engraved items are non-refundable since they are made specifically for you.
• The more characters entered, the smaller the engraved text may appear in order to fit properly on the cup.
